Multi-million dollar deal results in Nihilent further consolidating its reach within the enterprise space

Pune, September 8, 2015: Nihilent Technologies, a Pune headquartered global consulting and solutions Integration Company today announced acquisition of majority stake in Intellect Bizware, a Mumbai-based specialist SAP consulting and services company for an undisclosed amount.  With this acquisition, Nihilent aims to consolidate its capabilities in ERP consulting & implementation, business process optimization & software product development.

The latest development results in Nihilent acquiring second company within a span of one year following its acquisition of US-based BI and analytics solution provider, GNET in October last year. As a comprehensive IT and consulting services provider, Nihilent will now have increased width and depth in its offerings in the global ICT market, including Digital Transformation, Natural Language Processing, Mobility solutions,  Analytics & BI and enterprise applications.
