  • Deepak Prabhu
    Vice President – Consulting and Design Thinking

    Deepak Prabhu leads the Enterprise Transformation Consulting Practice at Nihilent. He spearheads the building of global strategic accounts and CXO relationships by interpreting emerging customer dynamics, designing strategies, envisioning customer solutions and delivering business change programs. Over the last 19 years, Deepak has assisted many companies and organizations, across sectors and geographies, in their job of understanding the evolving marketplace, and how technology impacts and changes their customers, present new challenges and opportunities for their products, service delivery, marketing and organization design.

  • Robin Rastogi
    Senior Vice President, Australia

    Robin Rastogi is a graduate in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India. He has been with Nihilent since its inception and played a crucial role in shaping the company during its formative years. In a career spanning over 22 years, Robin has performed various roles ranging from Programme Management, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Delivery Management, Project Management, Competency Building and Software Development. Over the last 14 years, his experience has been in scaling up operations and building businesses from start. He has created local market strategies and led the execution process.

    Robin is responsible for the overall operations of the company in the Asia Pacific region and manages key client and partner relationships. After his stint in South Africa, Robin set up Nihilent’s UK/Europe operations in 2004. Over the next eight years, Robin successfully grew the UK business into a diverse and mature set up. Before joining Nihilent, Robin worked with Zensar Technologies. He performed multiple roles that included software project delivery, business development and support to the Corporate Management Group. Robin has lived and worked in several different parts of the globe and cherishes his learning and relationships.

  • Neeraj Kashyap
    Resident Manager, UK

    Neeraj Kashyap heads the UK operations at Nihilent. Before beginning his career as a Systems Analyst with Nihilent, Neeraj earned his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a post graduate diploma in advanced computing. During his professional career of over 12 years, he has worked in a number of roles including as IT Consultant, delivery manager and account manager, before moving into the arena of sales and business development. He is passionate about Nihilent’s mission to assist organizations in systemically managing change for sustained performance. His strong understanding of various technologies coupled with the “customer-centric” ideology has helped various clients derive maximum business value from technology investments.

  • Prabith Kalathil
    Regional Head, Africa

    Prabith Kalathil holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering. He has more than 16 years of experience in Market Research, Consulting, Account Management, Sales & Business Development. Dynamic, results-driven, self-motivated individual with extensive experience in dealing with new business development as well as managing large-size accounts and businesses.

    At Nihilent, Prabith has essayed various roles including as an Enterprise Transformation Consultant where he dealt with various corporates including some of the leading blue chip companies in South Africa. His ability to create value propositions for clients by engaging and understanding their core business and building solutions that help them address growth and productivity challenges largely contributed to his success. He led the sales effort for one of Nihilent’s flagship clients and contributed to the exponential growth of the account over a short period of time between 2011 to 2013. In 2014, he took charge of the Western Cape region for two years before taking up the national sales role for Nihilent in South Africa.

    As a certified change practitioner and Sales Head at Nihilent SA, Prabith is entrusted with enhancing the company’s image in the region through building strategic relationship with clients, partners, industry stakeholders and local, provincial and national government representative.

  • Vikash Gokul
    Head, Market Development, South Africa

    Vikash is focused on building new relationships and business across the Banking, Insurance, Health Care, Manufacturing and Retail environments in South Africa and Africa. Vikash’s academic credentials include a MSc (UND), MBL (UNISA) and an Executive Development Program (SU). He uses his background in science and business, together with trusted relationships, to assist businesses in their digital transformation journey.

    Sudarshan Mahabal
    VP for Data, Insights & AI

    Mr. Sudarshan Mahabal is our VP for Data, Insights & AI, bringing 28 years of global leadership to Nihilent. With a successful tenure in technology, Sudarshan has expertise in architecting solutions spanning CRM, ERP, SaaS, Supply Chain automation, and lean manufacturing. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI, Executive MBA degrees from CSU and ISB, certifications in Strategy & Risk Management from Stanford University and a Machine Learning Specialization from AWS.

    Sudarshan’s distinguished career includes a highly successful two-decade tenure at Cisco in Silicon Valley, where he served as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer for the Channels and Security Business Unit. His contributions were instrumental in architecting solutions spanning CRM, ERP, SaaS, Supply Chain automation, and lean manufacturing. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing Cisco TAC in Bengaluru.

    His industry experience in technology and strategic technology alliances positions him as a valuable asset to our team, driving innovation and growth in AI, machine learning, multi-cloud, big data, and SaaS sectors.
